Service Description
One-on-one lessons offer personalized instruction tailored to your goals- helping you improve technique, confidence, musicality, and partner connection at your own pace. Lessons are for both singles and couples.
Cancellation Policy
Private Lesson Booking Policy 1. Booking & Payment Reservation: All private lessons must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting your instructor directly. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your time slot. Capacity: Private lessons are valid for a single dancer or a lead-follow couple (two people). 2. Expiration Dates To ensure consistent progress, all lesson purchases have a strictly enforced expiration period from the date of purchase: Single Private Lesson: Must be used within 45 days. 4-Lesson Package: Must be used within 90 days. Unused Lessons: Any credits not used within these timeframes will be forfeited. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to show up for your session, the full lesson fee will be charged (one credit will be deducted from your package). Instructor Cancellations: If SALSERO Roc needs to cancel a session due to an emergency or studio conflict, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full credit or a priority reschedule. 4. Studio Etiquette Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to change into your dance shoes and be ready to start on time. Lessons will end at the scheduled time regardless of a student's late arrival. Footwear: To protect our dance floors, please bring a clean pair of dance shoes to change into. Street shoes are not permitted on the dance floor.
